So...we're only days away. The questions that will be answered, OMG! What did Jughead's detonation accomplish? Who lived and died? What was Frank Lapidus a candidate for? Now that Jacob's dead (if he is), what will Faux-Locke do next? A hint of some these answers has made it online in the form of the first 4 minutes of Monday's premiere episode, "LA X." You can watch them here.
Kinda cool, no? Especially the way that Jack seemed, at the start of the scene, to notice how odd it was that he was on the plane, and not on the island circa 1977 (he did, right?)
There's more good news for Season 6. As many of you have heard by now, much of the "departed" cast will be back in some capacity. Dominic Monaghan (Charlie) will sneak away from Flash Forward for 4 episodes. Ian Somerhalder (Boone) will check in, fresh off the set of Vampire Diaries. In a huge, unexpected coup, Cynthia Watros (Libby) will return, hopefully to explain how Desmond's boat donor ended up as Hurley's fellow inmate at the asylum, and how she then ended up sane as can be in Australia. And there will be others, as well. The big problem looming now - since the show seems, at least for a while, to be going back to 2004, how to bring back Walt, who's now 6 years older (and noticeably so) than he was in the pilot?
